I think he'd still be with the Who, obviously. And because I'm such an optimist (and I know a thing or two about overcoming one's demons) I think he'd have finally gotten his life under control- well, to a certain extent. He'd still be lively and wicked, but more likely interested in the world around him. Possibly involved with some charities, maybe a few more acting gigs, or possibly trying something entirely different. - Staci

Well, as John Entwistle pioneered the Rotosound roundwound bass strings, perhaps Keith would have continued to be at the cutting edge of drum design, experimenting with new materials, designs, etc. Drums and drumming in general may be different! - Timmy G

Can anyone really fathom seeing a 60 year old man with prounounced physical effects from alcoholism and drugs hitting shit with hammer while trying to hold on to the glory days? How cliche is that in these times. We already have a boatload of talentless hangers-on from the sixties and seventies still offending my good sense of sound TODAY! Of course considering his great creative talent and balancing factor within The WHo, Face Dances definitely would have been different (better), or never concieved at all (thank god). Yes! I think my thoughts are pretty consistant with what people are saying here so I won't bother saying it again. Answering this question makes me want to cry. I would of like to have seen him clean up and become physically fit, married Annette and had more kids. Lived in the country and left once every other year to tour with The Who and live a wonderful life. That's is what I wished would of happened. - Rachael

Keith and Annette may have gotten married, and maybe they'd still be married today, though it’s hard for me to make that call. The Who would have kept their title as one of the greatest rock bands in the world for at least another few years, since the'd still have Keith Moon behind the kit. He may have cleaned up his act (since that’s what he was trying to do before the OD), and become a tamer Moonie. He still would have been cool and fun, though. And maybe the current Who reunion tour would be more worth my hard-earned cash, since the band would be a little more complete. - Angie
